CURRENT MISSION

I am a student in a college, which trains volunteers to go to Afrika. To do that I need to collect a lot of money by street fundraising. Couchsurfing is really nice, 'cause I can meet new people, while trying to reach my goal! I like exchanging knowledge.

ABOUT ME

Hallo, I am Kristofina and I am 19 years old. I am right now a student in a college, because I want to go Africa and help others, who don't have as much as I have had through my life. Also I want to change and learn more about myself. Fx. Going to Africa can maybe give me another sight on life. Right now I am in a gab between highschool and university and I am using that gab to experience the world.
I like meeting new people and talk! I am really looking forward to many memories through couchsurfing.
I am a happy person, and hope I will get friends from all over the world - now in England!.

PHILOSOPHY

To help people who has less than I. That is one of the reasons why I am going to Africa as a volunteer for 6 month. I would also like be less focused on materialistic things.
Anyway it is also to be absent in the present and follow your heart.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will participate in this for now, while I am in England ,to try to be guests in other people's homes. I really like this site, because it gets people together and you can get friends all over the world!
When I am going home to Denmark again I will definitely have a couch available.

I really love almost every kind of book. Fantasy, historic romans. Right now I am reading Nelson Mandelas autobiography "Long walk to freedom".
My music tast is really just something of everything.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well, for now I am looking forward for my 6 months in Africa. (the plan is February/March, that we are going)
Otherwise we can always talk about everything we have done, it is not always the biggest things, which are the bests.

Teach, Learn, Share

It is such a great project, that it is not just for sleeping, but for exchange. I hope that it can be very useful for me. I am still very young, so I don't have so much to teach. But I would really like to learn a lot from others, who I would never have met, if it wasn't for couchsurfing.
I an planning to go to university in DK after the college here in England to study medicin. But I have many interests and just want to develop as a human-being.
