Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy a quiet sabbatical overseas, so I can come back home feeling refreshed
ABOUT ME
Well my dad thinks I'm an extrovert, my workmates think I'm an extrovert. I guess you can find out for yourself! I'm definitely not a full-on party guy though. On special occasions I might get a bit loose. I joined couchsurfing because I like to get into the local rather than the tourist culture when I travel somewhere, and you just can't do that sitting in the Novotel watching pay per view.
PHILOSOPHY
I don't have any one grand philosophy I live by, to quote Peter Garrett (Aussie musician)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At first I was mostly interested in maybe just grabbing a coffee or a beer. Now though, due largely to funds on the decrease, wouldn't mind crashing on a couch :p
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Stayed in Taguig, Manila with a friend of friend who's on couchsurfing.
Interests
Exploring, football, music, coffee... most things in life can be interesting if you give them a chance. Except Geneva. That is just incapable of being interesting. Lol jokes

Music, Movies, and Books
For books I like Kerouac, J.D Salinger (well, Catcher in the Rye anyway) and similar. For movies I like arthouse style mostly. Midnight in Paris was great.I'm bigtime on music and play a bit of guitar myself. Love the likes of BB King, Pearl Jam.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I volunteered helping typhoon victims in Capiz, Philippines. That was something pretty epic.
Teach, Learn, Share
Would love to get better at French.
