ABOUT ME

I am a student of Purdue University in Indiana. I was born and raised in the Midwest US and that is certainly my home.

What I enjoy... I love learning and experiencing new things. I think one of the main reasons I love to travel is because I find it is one of the best ways to do both. While I like to explore cities, I am certainly most comfortable and at peace surrounded by the beauty of nature. I love hearing and reading stories, so I enjoy learning about a place through stories of history and tradition. Honestly, I love and enjoy a lot of things in life.

I travelled through Europe for two and a half months this past summer with one of my best friends, and had one of the most amazing summers possible. I learned so much and cannot wait to return someday...after I see a few other places first.

Currently, I am living in La Plata, Argentina as a volunteer through a program, learning the language, and meeting amazing people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have two amazing couchsurfing experiences. Looking back on my backpacking trip through Europe I can easily say that my times be hosted were some of my most wonderful and memorable experiences. I felt like I was experiencing place in a completely new and deeper way.
