ABOUT ME

I am a retired social worker/therapist, activist, performance artist, writer, outdoor enthusiast, animal lover, extrovert and world traveler. I love people and am very active. I spend a lot of time outside in the sun. I'm great at being spontaneous and don't like to be hemmed in with rigid plans. I do autobiographical storytelling performances. Pre pandemic I boarded small dogs in my home when their owners went on vacation. I spent the pandemic in Captain Cook Hawaii (Big Island) and am living at River Song Cohousing. I am fully vaccinated.

PHILOSOPHY

Grow and learn during this lifetime. Give my gifts to the world. Love deeply-myself and others. Do what I can to make this world a better place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still fairly new to couchsurfing although I've been a member for awhile. Have had good experiences both in Nashville and Olympia.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 1973 at age 23, I traveled solo overland to India from Europe, spending 6 months in Morocco, hitching through Algeria and Tunisia, living in India for a year and a half. I traveled for three years on $3000.
