About Me
Hello! I’m currently with my best friend Zuly traveling across Europe for our second time!
Recently, I graduated from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) with a Bachelor's Degree in physics and I now work as a researcher at the university focusing on Gravitational Waves. When I'm not immersed in the mysteries of the universe, you can find me climbing walls, learning new languages, or planning my next adventure. Currently, I speak Spanish and English natively and am still studying Japanese, Russian, and German. My father's battle with cancer and one of our last conversations together inspired me to follow my passion for travel and languages, ultimately leading me to spend six life-changing months in Japan.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people from all over the world! I want to make as many friends as I can around the world and create many lasting memories! I love exchanging cool and funny embarrassing travel stories, sharing fascinating facts about Space and Black Holes, or simply enjoying a climbing session with others. I'm eager to learn, grow, and bring a smile to those around me every day that I can! I'm also eager to learn more about you and what makes you who you are!
I find it incredibly special that, just like me, everyone around the world experiences love, tears, stress, and happiness and has their own dreams, goals, and aspirations. This shared human experience is what fuels my passion for traveling and my desire to meet people from all corners of the globe.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Lived in Japan for 6 months while solo traveling! I have Studied Japanese and Russian consistently and am now working on German!
I am now a Researcher at the University of California Santa Barbara and it is one of my most happiest goals so far!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help with Spanish and English or Math and Physics. I’m currently learning German and want to get much better! I could also use a lot of practice for my Russian and my Japanese too! I can teach a little bit about music or a bit of piano, or anything to do with clarinets and saxophones! I can teach you lots of fun physics facts as well hahaha
