I'm a laidback guy. I like new stuff but I also like stuff that I already like. I love summer and don't like winter too much. I cherish music either way. I listen to all sorts of music all the time and often go to shows.

When I'm travelling I like to be out on the town and get a feel of what the local community is about. When I'm hosting I'll gladly hang out and show you around town!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Really, it's the best way to travel! You get a much better feel of the place you visit. It's just more fun. I've hosted a bunch of people and I've surfed Germany, the U.S., Ukraine, Chile and Argentina!

Interests

Music. I listen to a lot of that stuff, at home and at concerts. I like soccer but I'm in no way obsessed about it. I enjoy going to small stadiums to watch local games on a sunny day.

I like biking. It's a great way to explore.

After I quit my daytime job, I re-realized how much I love cooking. I think I'm decent at it. Well, that's for you to judge.

Other than that I just like hanging out with friends old and new and being out and about seeing things. I like food, I like to drink, I like to be out in the city. And sometimes I like getting far, far away from it all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A night on the steaming hot night train from Simferopol to Odessa in the Ukraine. A fellow traveller with stories to tell, and ice cold Becks beers!

Hiking the mountains and forests of Arizona.

I also had an awesome weekend in Detroit. But it's also all the small thing. A bike ride through the suburbs of Milwaukee.

Recently I had a fun scooter trip through Northern Germany with a couple of friends.

And lately I've really been enjoying bars here in Copenhagen. There, I said it.
