My name is Ava.

I am currently on a path of self-discovery. Taking my yoga and meditation practice into daily life anywhere I go. Midfulness and presence. I value radical honesty and non-violent communication.

Interested in juiciness of life, squeezing every drop of juice out of every moment.

The thing that motivates me is seeing other people who are passionate about what they do. People who have found a way of life that suits them and work they love to do. This makes me really happy and I really enjoy learning from them as I pave my own way to fulfillment and happiness.
