About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Exploring SE Asia. Want to see SAPA, revisit HA LONG BAY and visit HAT YAI, where I will start a job next month.
ABOUT ME
Look beyond the grey hair. Am cool to sleep on the floor somewhere. Am not trying to be a "freeloader".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted Wen, a cyclist from China.
Am renting a studio type apartment near the workplace in Moo 5 in Lamphun. No aircon. There is a public pick-up truck taxi service for 30 Baht to Chiang Mai which is about 20 km away.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far, I've enjoyed a visit to a great guy in Germany and hosted a cyclist from China. Then I've met wonderful Couchsurfers in Saigon aka HCMC, Vietnam. At a public park, strangers would come and sit next to us to listen to our conversation :o :D . Like the idea, believe in communication across cultural and other barriers.

Ham radio, traveling, riding motorcycles, photography and reading.
Culinary: Vegetarian.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well, I've ridden a motorcycle across Thailand, France, Spain and the UK.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teaching what? Endless grammar? I'd rather do something "story based" with role play.
Business: am a serial entrepreneur who got grey hair at 35. Sometimes, we are on a high rope without a safety net.
Philosophy: have way more questions than answers
