I want to learn everything!

I'm a Singaporean student and artist with too many interests. Art, music, technology, language and cognitive science are just a few of the bigger ones. My best traits are intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness, and I really love learning about other cultures/experiences and making new friends from all over the world.

(I can be a little quiet and shy initially but I've been told there's an interesting person underneath...)

I haven't done anything "official" through the website yet, but I was hosted by a lovely Danish couple on my first visit for a couple nights and it was a fantastic experience! Lots of cooking and talking and watching weird Danish TV :D I love making new friends and broadening my experience of the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sitting in my concert dress before my turn to go up, watching chickens strutting and fighting in a yard on top of a small hill overlooking Matanzas (Cuba), listening to a heavenly choir singing in the chapel behind me and enjoying the breeze while the sun set over the city.

Teach, Learn, Share

- I can teach you about art (drawing/painting/illustration), intermediate photography, basic choral singing and piano, programming and other things about computers. I worked tech support for a while so I can help with computer trouble?
- Languages: I can practice native-level Mandarin Chinese or English with you and would love to practice my German and learn phrases from other languages.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook some authentic southeast Asian/Chinese food :)
