Currently I live in San Francisco, I am a software engineer. I moved to US 3 years ago, changed my major and started working in tech from a zero-tech backgroud, it has been quite a ride and we can talk about it if you are also interested!

I speak mandarin , English and Korean. I love traveling and talking with people from different backgrounds. Exchanging our life stories makes me feel alive. Also I am a big fan of photography, I d like to take photos and videos as a memory of my life.
I am an outgoing girl and my friends describe me as very easy to get along with. I am willing to try all kinds of new things and expand my experiences. Good conversation, sightseeing, hiking, art, movie, cooking, food, drinking...... I am ok with everything!! And I also understand if you are not a hangout kinda person :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me, traveling is not just sightseeing and posting photos on Instagram . What makes it really meaningful is getting to know local people& change our thoughts and stories& spend a period of unforgettable time together.
I ve met a lot people while traveling, and some of them have become my close friends. I learned a lot from them. I changed view towards world and that makes me who I am right now.
And I think that is why I join Couchsurfing —— to really embrace the world.

Music: Basically I am ok with all kinds of music. But I especially like jazz, hip pop, light music and techno music.
Movie: One day is my favorite movie( and Edinburgh is my favorite city XD) I love romantic movies and horror movies, besides I really appreciate movies that reflect or satirize reality and politics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did skydive in Dubai last year, it was so exciting and definitely a lifetime experience!! I don’t regret it but probably will never do it again since I have acrophobia.
