ABOUT ME

Well obviously I love to travel and meet new people :-)
I am a primary school teacher by day and a karaoke star by night :-). I love anything to do with theatre/live performance. I appreciate good wine and great food. I really don't understand numbers and they scare me a little. I think gizmo off Gremlins is really cute and I want him as a pet.I love a good book over TV and I am really trying to read as much as I can. Sometimes I get the giggles and cant stop. My earliest memory is of the colour green.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first heard about CS when i was travelling in Canada and since then I have been hooked. I travelled across Canada and met some amazing, interesting,generous people. I love how CS is helping build sense of community.I hosted back in Australia and also convinced my parents to host! They loved it and hosting people from France has inspired them to travel too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The thing I love about Couch Surfing is that you get to experience a place through the eyes of a local person - rather than a tourist guide. My best moments have been cooking and sharing a meal with my hosts and being invited into family homes and celebrations.

Interests

I love watching live theatre, music, dance. I also love acting on stage - or working behind the scenes. I love my job as a teacher and education is something I love to talk about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-One of the most rewarding experiences of my life was working with a group of 20 teachers in Cambodia in a teaching workshop - I can't wait to go back!

Good company. I am a great house guest. I'm social , easy going and comfortable around new people. I'm very respectful of people's space and of course will keep your house tidy.

I am a teacher and am more than happy to help with English!

I love singing to my students and would love to learn a few simple songs on guitar to share
