I'm from California but I am a currently serving Peace Corps Volunteer working in Georgia. I enjoy reading and talking about politics. I love new music and listen to all kinds (except country). I am an ethical vegan and enjoy educated discussions. I like approaching things with an open mind and learning new perspectives from the people I encounter.

I am interested in making world wide connections. The raw connections made through couch surfing are much more sincere than staying in hotels and usually Airbnbs.

Books: I love anything that can paint a picture in my mind. Currently reading a series of books about immigration and the struggles one faces when adjusting to new cultures.

Movies: I don't watch a lot of movies but love Star Wars (RIP Carrie Fischer)

Teach: I can teach you some simple vegan recipes, introduce you to some fascinating music, show the dynamics and rules of roller derby.

Learn: I would love to practice my German with anyone willing and patient enough. I am interested in world politics and wouldn't mind learning about policy's or law makers. I am really interested in learning anything you are willing to share with me.

Share: I will share my compassion and empathy with you. I'll share my love for plant based food and all the positive aspects of healthy eating without animal products.
