I am a 40 year old guy who discovered a passion for traveling in himself. For the last 16 years I have been trying to go to different places on this planet with a mission of seeing as much as possible and to get to know culture, people and countries I visit in more depth. I am curious of the world and hungry for knowledge.
Apart from that, I am a quiet guy who rather shuns all-night long parties but who is ready to pop out to drink a beer or two.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Coachsurfing is the best way to meet people who are the closest to culture, customs and histories of particular countries while travelling. I mean people who possess the broadest knowledge about their own countries and they want to share it and I am a person who is willing to embrace this knowledge. That is why I am here.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite music is purely and simply black music and in particular such genres as Rap, Funk, Soul or Jazz.

I like French Hip Hop very much because I think that it is the truest music and it touches upon noteworthy issues. As far as books are concerned, I love reportages which enable me to get familiar with the problems and culture of the given countries and nations and they take me on tour of different parts of the world without leaving home. My favourite publisher whose books I love is the Polish publishing house Czarne and as for watching films I prefer alternative cinema.
