About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Live gratefully and zestfully
ABOUT ME
My friends might tell you that I am cheerful, funny, lighthearted, adventurous, and, at times, irreverent. My family would say that I am kind, responsible, and hardworking. My students possibly would come up with goofy, energetic, and loving. But how would I describe myself? There is probably truth to all of the above, but in all honesty, it's a question I'm still trying to sort out. I guess that's why I love to travel. By putting myself in new situations with new people, I am better able to pinpoint that which I am, that which I'm not, and that which I'd like to become.
PHILOSOPHY
There is something to be learned from every situation in which I find myself and from every person who comes into my life. I try to be open to and grateful for these lessons, however big or small they may be.

Teach, Learn, Share
I could teach someone to speak English or Spanish, play the flute or saxophone, put a spin on a ping-pong ball, or make a pinata.
I would like to learn to play the guitar, go back-country camping, speak as many languages as possible, drive a stick shift, scuba dive, and sing in harmony.
