About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Getting out and about, rain or shine

ABOUT ME

I hail from the Pacific Northwest of the US. In terms of hobbies and interests, I like to head outside when I get the chance - whether that be on skis, a bike, rock climbing or just hiking around. My passion for food and beverage is another big time consumer. I love to hit up cafes, pubs, and street food carts, brew beer and cook.

In terms of being a traveler, I don't like being constantly on the go. Staying in one place for a few days and soaking up a location is really fun.

I'm hoping that when I get settled in my next living situation, I can host folks with a comfy futon and have a bike for people to borrow.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a big believer in "leave no trace" when I'm outside. When I'm in a guest or I borrow something from someone, I like to leave things in as good a shape or better than I received them.

A few things maxims I like to live by: there's always room for one more; means trump ends; organize today, so that you can chill tomorrow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just finished biking most of the west coast of the United States - that was the most fun I've had in a long time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a pretty handy bike mechanic. I know a thing or to about making food. My brain is clogged with random quotes and facts. I love to chat about pretty much anything; to paraphrase something an older gentleman told me on a recent adventure, "I'll tell you the truth, even when I don't know it."
