我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the present time I am trying to ride the couch surfing wave, and as soon as I have an apartment in Minneapolis this summer I will be happily encouraging other surfers to stay with me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last year my friend told my about couch-surfing and because of her knowledge we spent a fabulous week in the area around Barcelona with another couch-surfer. A year has gone by and I have been traveling around a lot since then. I love this project idea. It is reliable and a great way of meeting people- it really makes this world seem small.

兴趣

I study art history but that by no means limits my interest only to visiting museums and galleries (though I love to do that as well). I love to be active- swim, run, walk, and even practicing frisbee from time to time. I could list more off but let's just say i like chocolate cake and long walks on the beach.

Right now really interested in German literature, music and movies. Basically because i'm trying to learn the language, and figure culture is necessary.

The other night I was riding on the S-Bahn and was struck by the incredible sunset. Nature never ceases to amaze me.

What I would share- I guess all i have to give is stories about my experiences... funny, sad, enlightening. What I would exchange- dialogue, learning about other cultures, beliefs, and personalities.
