About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn and explore!

ABOUT ME

I am 22, trying to figure out my place in the world. I am exploring different interests and am excited to learn new information. I like
Getting to know other people, and tend to ask lots of questions. People describe me as outgoing, funny, a little sassy but sensitive to other people's feelings.

PHILOSOPHY

I am still developing my philosophy. I am exploring all my options right now and am trying to find a path that is suitable for me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just beginning to participate. However, I plan to host or at least show people around Portland when they are visiting. I love showing people around my city and would be happy to meet up with fellow travelers once I get back into Portland.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I do not have an Couchsurfing experience yet. But, we all have to start somewhere. I am traveling around right now, but when I come back to the United States I am going to try and host people as soon as I get a place where I can do that.

Interests

An abundance of different things. I like to knit, watch movies, hang out with friends, read, explore new cities, as well as try different types of food.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like any of Hazao Miyazaki films, most animated films and nature documentaries. As far as TV shows go I have been enjoying The Blacklist and Bob's Burgers recently. For books I enjoy short stories, I am reading Interpreter of Maladies--Jhumpa Lahiri. Before that I was reading A Hundred Years of Solitude. I also really like reading nonfiction books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to the east coast instead of going to college right away.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you how to knit.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook a meal for my hosts, help around the house.
