I am a person with positive life attitude, believing in effects of small things and results of collective efforts.

PHILOSOPHY

It used to be "me, life, others", but I think it's changing and perhaps even as an absolute reverse. I privilege awareness of complexities of the situations, compassionate attitude and 'big mind'.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I'm in transition and don't know exactly my living situation in the next year, but perhaps will be able to provide a couch now and then;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Together with my sister we hosted couchserfers several times in our family apartment in Russia. It's been a cool and refreshing experience. I wasn't anybody's guest myself though in this way.

Intereses

Though officially I'm still/again a student (trying to do 2 separate PhDs at once), it's not that pure and endless exploration is the only thing I want to do. I work in the field of media art theory and aesthetics and strongly believe that unleashed creativity, on the solid ground of modern technologies can have its indirect, but very strong effect of human individual and collective lives. I enjoy networking and performing a 'bridge' role between Russian and international cultural and academic institutions.

Music: quite diverse, from classical to electronic
Books: highly diverse, in recent time it's been mostly intellectual nonfiction or philosophical literature
