About Me
"Not all those who wander are lost" (J.R.R. Tolkien)
My travel fever began in the early years – because of my father's work we moved a lot.
Journalism gives me another option to travel – with other people's stories.
But I still have a real nomad fever and just can't stay at one place for a long time.
I don't smoke, don't do drugs, but I like to have some wine occasionally.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Once I was crossing the states - from LA to NY. During this journey, I found out the website helpx and spend a wonderful month helping out on a farm in Roswell.
The host – Karen – is also a very active couch-surf host. And I met a few couch surfing people in her house. They were so nice and told so many interesting stories.
It seems that couch surfing is the best way to get to know the unknown cities and towns through interesting and easy-going people.
