ABOUT ME

My name is Ksenia, I'm a belarusian girl. I used to live in Minsk, working as an advertising manager in a big agency. Recently I have moved to Saint Petersburg, and now work with a team of a young russian fashion designer. I like sewing by myself, even tryed to make my own collection, and also I like to organise sewing process. I really enjoy living in Saint Petersburg, it s big historical city, with open horisons. I love walking and cycling around, exploring new places every day. I love travelling, and my dream is to live in different places, discovering the daily life there, non-touristic. One of the brightest experiences of my life was making EVS-volunteering in Spain during 2 months. It was great time, I made lot of friends there, and one of my dreams is to visit Spain one more time, and I hope this will come true soon. The other dream is to visit Portugal, it became after I had watched "Lisbon Story" by Wim Wenders, I fell in love with the country and Madredues music. Hope this dream will come true some day also ).
I'm a cheerful and easy-going person, like meeting new people, but I never get bored on my own. I have adventures mind and keen on exploring new countries, peolpe and cultures. I sing and play piano and the guitar, I can cook russian and belarusian dishes, and can teach you to read cirillic letters :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like so much to meet new people, to show them the city where I live and host travellest sometimes. I used to host people when I lived in Minsk, and now trying to host people in Saint Petersburg. I 've been living here for 3 months, and don't know the city as the locals are, but I'm trying to become a good host too :)

I've hosted wonderful people from different countries, showing them my city and introducing them to my friends, it's been a great experience and a wonderful time together)

Spending time with my family and friends, traveling - backpacking and hitch-hiking, marketing and studying, social media marketing, learning and speaking foriegn languages, cooking, doing sporst (jogging, cycling, dancing, stretching, yoga), meditation and dreaming, listening to music, reading books, sewing skirts and dresses (i have my own little hand-made brand) playing the piano, the guitar, singing.
