I have been living abroad for more than 9 years, and I guess it had a significant influence on me. It changed me and my way of thinking and made me more tolerant and open.

Lived 5 years in China and got a chance to learn a little about China and Chinese people.

In the past, hitchhiked a lot. In 2008, I started to dance contact improvisation.

Always learning something new and keeping my brain busy. Enjoy to listen and tell stories about travelling.

Now we are living in a small town which is not visited by travellers and our place doesn't have a lot of space. Hope in the near future I will start to host again .

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had a great experience with Couchsurfing and for me it's all about the people I met.
I hosted people long before I knew about CS. People from different places stayed at my apartment in Moscow. I was on Hospitality club, which I believe doesn't exist anymore.

I stayed with couch-surfers in Poland, Turkey, Germany, Israel, Holland, Sinai (Egypt), China and Russia. That is a great chance to meet people whom I probably would never meet otherwise.

I enjoy CS meetings and events.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hitchhiked nonstop from Moscow to Ulan Ude (9 days and more than 6000 km).
I Learned Chinese written language.
Went to Baikal lake and volunteered there.
Traveled to Tibet.

Share anything I know about traveling and different places (in Russia, in China etc.). Can tell a lot about my life in China.
