I'm a recently turned 24 yo strategist, who likes to break the shackles of work by visiting various countries. While most of my earlier travels have been to destinations in India, I stayed in Indonesia for 6 years, during which I visited Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. I toured Western Europe in May 2018, and slowly but surely, work my way to become a global citizen! I love backpacking, music, movies, sports and food.

I've always been a people person, and the experience in my current line of work only enforces my opinion that meeting new people, and spending time with them is a bond created for life. I love listening to stories about people's lives- their interests, fears, hobbies and passion among others. You learn so much in an accelerated time frame that no book, video or second-hand tale could ever give you- cultures, food, religion. It inculcates respect and tolerance for the other person. I simply love learning languages, and this is a great way to meet people from various ethnicities. Finally, it's a great way for me to not worry about accommodation since I can crash on a nice host's couch.

I mobilized my entire locality in Indonesia to rise up and protest against the appointment of corrupt police officers in the area. After weeks of protest, we got the city administration to have them suspended from the force, and after a court hearing, justice was served! :)

Teach- I can help you learn languages I'm fluent in- English, Hindi, Marathi. I can also teach you anything about electrical engineering, and the application technology industry I used to work in. I now work in the travel industry itself, true love of my life!
Learn- I'd love to learn new languages, about new cultures, and the amazing food I've missed out on in life so far!
Share- I can tell you all about my life experiences, the cultural 'Atlantis' that is India, the simply beautiful and ubiquitous archipelago that is Indonesia, my travel across Western Europe and more! :)

I can share my travel experiences, life stories, recommendations for locations they'd like to visit (if I have any knowledge about it), and most definitely my place to stay if they ever visit my city. I'll most definitely bring my host a small souvenir from my home country (India) as a token of appreciation. In personal belongings, you're more than welcome to use the stuff I'm not using at that moment ;)
