CURRENT MISSION

currently i am travelling in Asia on my own. I want to see new countries and want to get to know more about the people and the local food.
As well i want to learn something new for my life in each country i am visiting.
So in Nepal i became a yoga teacher.
In Malaysia i went to a Vipassana place where i participated for a 10 days course of Meditation which was really challenging.
In Thailand i joined a breathwork/rebirthing course.
So in Myanmar i worked as a Yoga teacher and was able to get practice in teaching.
I love to meet new people, to learn about local life and make friendships last for a long time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is an exiting way to meet new people and share some interests and stories. I believe this is a good way to learn more about peolpe and the country through CS. This is what i am looking for when i travel in new countries. I mean i could go on my own but then i would miss the traditional way, the food the life, right?
