ABOUT ME
At the ripe old age of twelve, I knew everything; including where I was headed in life. I was going to get a film degree, then make an amazing feature film that would garner all kinds of accolades. Eventually IâÃâ¬Ãâ¢d win an OscarâÃâ¬ÃâI would be able to leave Hollywood at that point since people would be knocking down my door to have me make their movies and my agent could sort through all thatâÃâ¬ÃâI would get a little cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere that would only be accessible by helicopter or pack mule. By then IâÃâ¬Ãâ¢d be twenty-five and it would be safe for me to settle down and start traveling the globe.
Needless to say, it didnâÃâ¬Ãâ¢t all happen that way...not exactly. I have been and continue to be a filmmaker and IâÃâ¬Ãâ¢ve traveled across most of the globe. I not only made it to the age of twenty-five, I have exceeded that age. I havenâÃâ¬Ãâ¢t won any Oscars yet, but I have three Emmys along with a good collection of movies under my belt. And I have a lovely house in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina which is accessible by helicopter, pack mule, or your average car.
PHILOSOPHY
Just be nice.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've hosted and been hosted. Because of my current living situation I can't host at the moment, but hope to get back to it again. It's a great way to meet new and interesting people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was Couch Surfing before it was a website. When a room that I was going to rent out of a house fell through, friends took me in and let me stay with them until I found a place. I had a great time with them.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm reading American Gods, by Neal Gaiman at the moment. It's awesome.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I worked on cruise ships for 5 years. I've seen too many amazing things to fit them all in. I think Antarctica is the most unique place I've ever traveled to.
