I cook A TON. Mostly grain, dairy, and onion free, so I am always trying new recipes.
I want to learn some salsa or merengue, maybe even the jig.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can never shake the excitement of either and am only ever more inspired by both! I have also been taken very good care of on the road by other locals and travelers alike. Couchsurfing enables me to help travelers enjoy their journey a bit more. It also generates so many opportunities for meeting new people!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One night, I started a dance party in the middle of a bar. And then I got on the stage and played the harmonica- on a harmonica microphone. The catch: I played hot-cross-buns.

And because ONE amazing thing is difficult to decide and there are many ways to describe amazing- I went on a 6-night backpacking trek through the Grand Canyon, averaging 6-8 miles a day as the terrain was much more rugged than expected. Avoiding arsenic tainted streams, scaling vertical walls, retrieving a friend from falling over the edge of one of the cliffs, screeching with excitement from the edge of canyon cliffs, doing yoga on the sandy shores of the Colorado River... it was pretty stellar!!
