Hi I'm Katie, originally from Saigon, Vietnam. I am now located in NYC and have lived here for more than a year. I enjoy outdoorsy activities and going to new places. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do and I'm always down to meet new people from everywhere in the world.

As a newbie in NYC, I still love to do touristy stuff and as local, I can show you a few cool spots. Also, I would love to make some travel friends.

Interests

I am interested in a variety of things. Definitely travel and exploring different cultures. I am currently obsessed with a show called Departures on Netflix. If you love to travel, please check it out.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered as a consultant in Rwanda for three weeks. Africa is truly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I also cook and share as much as I can. I can make decent authentic home-cooked type of Vietnamese dishes - stuff you would not find at any popular Vietnamese restaurant outside of Vietnam.
