About Me

I have been traveling for almost 6 years to different places about 8-10 months of the year for work building ziplines, challenge courses and many other adventure type parks. I generally spend the rest of my year traveling for pleasure after that. I haven't been very active on couchsurfers but recently I have decided to settle down in Denver, Colorado and would be willing to host travelers while I am not out of town for work.

Planned work trips as of now are spending January in NY and March/April in Alaska.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm going to be doing a decent amount of traveling by myself for work and figured I might be able to meet more people this way.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - I really love seeing live music and just having music in my life in general. I like a wide variety of music. My favorites at the moment are probably anything bluegrass.
Books - Currently reading The First Law Trilogy. Usually switch back and forth between fantasy and adventure books. Most recent read adventure book was Touching The Void.
Movies - I'll watch just about anything once. I really enjoy seeing something I've never seen before!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saved a sea turtle in Costa Rica! Definitely one of the best moments in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

I spent about a year and half in various parts of Asia before moving back to the US at the end of last year so I have a decent amount of travel knowledge for that area.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have some carpentry skills from my job. I've also built a couple tree houses so I can give a little bit of input on that type of stuff as well.

I don't claim to be a fantastic cook but I really enjoy cooking with others!

Countries I’ve Visited

Aruba, Bahamas, Cambodia, Canada, China, Costa Rica, England, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In
