I find many things amazing, as I try not to be preconceived and let myself be surprised as often as possible. The most amazing things I've encountered were never my own doing so I find it very difficult to answer this question correctly.
Something one might find amazing can be starring in a play? Or winning a photography contest? I can tick those of my bucket list.

I can teach very little. I've once hosted a hippie workshop, so I can teach people to be a hippie. Far out!
