I'm Jakub (Jackob in English), i'm 18 years old and came from quite small town called Budweis. I'm still studying and i think that I'll do it for long time :D. My main (and only serious) hobby is playing electric guitar, but i'm not playing for so long (only 2 year yet) but i really love it, so i hope that my future life will be mainly about the music. And of course i like to listen music, espicially older music, rock and roll, bands of 60's and 70's playing psychedelic rock/pop, like The Doors or my favourite and beloved Led Zeppelin. I don't like so much the modern mainstream radio music, but i'm open to new things, experiences, alternative styles (which i really like a lot too) , but not only in music but in general :). I like to dicuss and philosophize with other people. I'm open minded, i like to discover new places, new thoughts, people. I'm about to start to explore the world, let to be inspired by people and inspire them too, learn from the world, from other people, from the life. (Sorry for the grammer if it's wrong ;))

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to explore the world, and things which it can offer me. And I really like this idea about couchsurfing, because it offers us really good alternative opportunity to travel and meet new people. Travel cheaper, and in return help others too. Really great idea.

And I'm accepting guests just maybe, because i'm still living with me mother, so until i'll do it will be always just maybe :/:)

Music is in the article ABOUT ME and books, i like books with some philosophy and deeper thoughts, like from Exupeiry or Kundera(Czech author). But actually i like anything which i can think about, which learn me something or inspire me:).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know if i did something what is really AMAZING. But i climbed a couple of things(trees, houses..) And i try to be better person...even if i make mistakes or sometimes i don't know what is right, i try to learn, try not to be a jerk, try to be nice guy and try to evolve myself...Until I'll do it i will feel that i'm doing something with my life, and even if it's not amazing at all, it's hundred times better than doing nothing or just not moving from a place and letting the life slip trough your fingers.
