Hi, my name is Jakub, but I prefer to be called Kuba.

I'm 22 years old and up until 2016 I lived in Kraków, Poland.
In 2016 I graduated from Cracow University of Economics (where I had studied economic analytics), and now I am working towards getting my Master's in Data Analytics in Warsaw.

I'm cheerful person who likes to hang out with friends, read books, learn new things, visit new places, play basketball/streetball or run along the Vistula, Poland's longest river.

Apart from Polish I do speak German, English and intermediate Dutch. I know some basics of Russian and Portuguese too ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined this community to get in touch with people who like to experience the beauty of the world and travel, that's in principle the reason I'm here.

I remember someone's words which can be roughly translated into: "When you don't know what to say anymore , just say an old Chinese proverb or pretend to."

Due to the fact that currently I don't live on my own, unfortunately I can't provide a couch to fellow CouchSurfers who are willing to visit Warsaw.
However, If you are looking for a company while staying in Warsaw, I'd be more than happy to show you the city, not only from the guidebook's point of view :)

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music, most of the time I listen both rap (more closely: the poetical part of the rap scene) and classical music created by composers such as Chopin or Mozart. And of course 'Hava nagila' by Rika Zaraï.
