Overview
About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Kübra. I am 27 and from İstanbul, Turkey. I've studied urban and regional planning and currently I'm working as visual designer. I love drawing, listening to homemade music, spending time in the nature, taking on new adventures. I care talking with people from every culture, age, race, religion about life. As I speak, I realize how little I know and how much I need to learn, see, and experience. I am passionately in love with travelling, so I want to travel as I can afford it and meet more and more new people all over the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking for making friends from any country and I am willing to talk people about their cultures, hobbies, philosophy of life, dreams, and everything in between and beyond.

Music, Movies, and Books
My favourite music is absolutely 'Pachelbel's Canon in D Major'. I decided to learn playing violin because of this music. I can't choose favourite movie. There are many, but 'Jeux D'enfance' is more special for me. And my fovourite book is 'A Thousand Splendid Suns'. It was really impressive.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I rented a canoe by myself in Matka Canyon and went for a ride on the lake. For me, it was a revolution. As long as we face our fears, we are free.
In Kotor I went to the St. John Fortress although the road to the rock has fallen, the weather is stormy and rainy. I was proud of myself at every step of the 1300 steps. It was worth that view. When we can afford something for what we are passionate about, we can move forward.
I had a conversation with a homeless black man in Verona while waiting for my bus, although black refugees in Italy were a big problem and many people warned me about security. I was very impressed to hear his life story and perception of the world. I understood that our prejudices are our strongest chains.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you are related with drawing, taking photo and/ or visiting natural & historical places in my town, we can experience it together.
And I also want to improve myself about illustration, world history and ai!
What I Can Share with Hosts
