ABOUT ME

I´m a trained Cultural Anthropologist from Frankfurt/Germany who currently works on his doctoral thesis. I'm always busy reading and writing but prefer to spend a lot of my time with friends - and future friends - and a glass of wine - or two. Usualy i'm very relaxed and always try to make the best of every situation. I´m not an experienced writer when it comes to myself. So any further question just ask..

I looove traveling. And i spend lots of my money for it. What i love more than traveling is my friends. Fortunately many of them live far away from me. :-)

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

When it comes to books i'm a nerd - i looove books on cultural anthropology.
I like movies from East Asia (Kurosawa, Kitano, ...) and i like a lot of music. I still did not find a way to enjoy techno.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The most amazing thing i have seen so far is the way a moroccan friend of mine treats the people that surround him. He's such a good person through and through that i never heard him say even one bad word.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

In my work as an anthropologist i focus on Native American cultures. I´m especialy interested in material culture and how it works, as well as collection histories. That's one important reason for me to travel. Visiting museums and private collections to see objects and talk about them.
I also used to work as financial accountant for a german bank and the german National Numbering Agency.
Interested in history i read a lot about this and that. And i love east asian paintings. As mentioned several times i'm always eager to learn...
