My apartment is small (46 m²), but cozy and right in the heart of Linz. The living room, where the couch is, is also the heart of the apartment – it’s where we’ll spend time together and where you’ll sleep. I’m more than happy to share it with you, along with good company, a homemade breakfast or dinner, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

I love sharing not just my space, but also conversations, laughs, and maybe even a little music, photography, or creative inspiration. And of course, I’ll happily show you my favorite spots in Linz.
