ABOUT ME

I am interested in the arts, health and wellbeing and community development. I enjoy creating art projects that combine health and wellbeing in them, and help people become more acquainted with different ways to deal with any health issues. I love dancing and listening to music, I play the clarinet sometimes and have a lot of musician friends.

My background is in theatre and so this world is really close to my heart as well. I love travelling and exploring new places, although I often tend to skip the major sight seeing attractions and just go where my feet take me. For example, I have been to Paris but not seen the Eiffel Tower. I did see a wall that was completely decorated with candy, and I loved it!

I am really down to earth and enjoy peace and quiet there where I enjoy the more hectic lifestyle. I am a Mindfulness teacher and meditate daily. I am also a nutritionist and living healthy is really important to me.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couch surfed at different parts of the world, but struggle using this app a little. I often meet other couchsurfers outside of the app and have great time connecting with new people. I have hosted a few people and found that it's always nice to be able to return the favour of having been on somebody else's couch!

Books: I mainly read scientific literature, however I do enjoy books with lot of pictures. I get many artistic ideas just by looking pictures.
Movies: I can't name category here, but this is one of my favourites; Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind.
