What's up!? I am a 22 year old health and fitness coach with a NASM accredited certification in personal training. I live in North county San Diego and have worked at a medically integrated fitness facility over the past 3 years. I have extensive experience working with kids as a kids care instructor. I love the ocean and the beach as much as I love hiking in the forest and being surrounded by trees. I also deeply enjoy the company of good people, sharing stories and listening to what others have to share.

After travelling to Europe 3 years ago and staying in hostels, I wanted to find an affordable way to see the rest of the world. Travelling is a privilege that I often look forward to and the gifts of perspective picked up a long the way are invaluable to me. My girlfriend and I are planning on travelling through Europe this fall and this rekindled my excitement and memory of Couchsurfing.
