I run a tech business that I started 10 years ago after finishing university, which is now global and allows me to travel constantly, which I love. Movement keeps life flowing and opens me up to new experiences, attitudes and ideas.

Challenging myself physically and mentally keep me growing and learning. Running experiments with my business and my lifestyle keep me curious. Meditation, yoga, reading and journaling are what keep me grounded and calm.
