ABOUT ME

I like life, and people, and figuring out how to navigate in this world. I'm pretty sure that we are all a part of this big experience together, just trying to make it through the best we can, and hopefully have some fun in the process. At the risk of getting a little deep, I believe that we are all here to help each other however we can, to make things better even if it is just in small ways.

I've spent a LOT of time in school of various kinds, and am just getting out of that experience and am enjoying being a regular person again. It's been a long time since I traveled, and am hoping to be able to connect with people and share experiences. I truly feel that building communities are the best way to make it through this world, for sharing both the good times and the bad ones.

I have a strong personal eco-spiritual ethos, but am not dogmatic about it. I can have just as good a time going to see/hear music, playing boardgames, or quoting old Simpsons episodes.

There isn't much that gets me riled up, except for injustice, discrimination, and deliberate maliciousness. I'm not that big a fan of cynicism, as life can be hard enough as it is. I'm probably more of a cautious optimist, myself. Except when everything is flowing, and then it's all good.

I'm just getting started in this project, but I think that sharing what we have with others is one of the best things we can do. I'm looking forward to whatever it brings.
