ABOUT ME

I'm a learner above all else. I'm curious about new people, new places, new experiences--anything to broaden my horizons. The only way to learn more about this life is to get out there and seek out novel ways of looking at and engaging with the world. I'm always looking for ways to have adventures, meet people, and learn about different approaches to living!

We get one shot at every moment. Make it count. Doing things outside our comfort zones allows us to grow and keeps life interesting.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used Couchsurfing in my travels abroad and have had an absolutely fantastic experience. I plan to use it when I travel again, but in between trips I'm ready to host here in Minnesota.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed in Norway, Germany, and Mexico, and attended Couchsurfing-related events in Spain. Now that I'm back in the states, I'm eager to return the favor and start hosting others.

Interessen

Music is my reason for being, and my life revolves around my music-making experiences. I read voraciously, enjoy good food, and am trying my very best to become a beer connoisseur. I'm interested in learning about how other people live and meeting as many people from as many places as I can. It's a big world, but to get to know it you have to know the people who live there. I also love to hike, backpack, camp, canoe, or anything else that gets me out and about in the sun.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Getting one hundred people with instruments in their hands all thinking the same thought and feeling the same emotion at the same time is pretty remarkable. When you can take an audience there with you, it's something truly incredible.

Every time I go hiking or canoeing in Northern Minnesota, I'm reminded how awesome the natural world is. Go out there and see it!

I also recently just hitchhiked the entire length of Mexico, which was an absolute blast.
