Overview
About Me
Hi I'm Kurtis, I like doing new things. I lived in Ohio for a long time, lived in Colorado for a while. Now I feel like I'm a traveler and I don't live anywhere in particular. People say I'm really grounded and calm. I like to drink coffee, have a nice talk. I like to be in a new place for a couple weeks, then move on. I exercise, meditate, tarot, write, paint, stuff like that.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I signed up a long time ago and never used it, back when it was .org. When I was able to host people I hosted maybe 100 in a year. I thought it was a great anti-capitalist thing to do, the hotel owners are rich enough. I liked alot of the people I hosted and had good fun. Then I started to see patterns of the people I was hosting. I started only accepting certain people. Then I started to realize couchsurfing was starting to become capitalist itself. So now I'm not sure why I'm on here anymore. I bet there are other better alternatives out there, I just haven't searched/signed up yet.
