let's see...
I am an outgoing, positive, supportive person. I appreciate the endless gifts that each day has to offer whether it be sharing a smile, hug or high-five, visiting with friendly dogs, finding wild berries while hiking in the woods, or simply sitting feeling a breeze, soft grass, or warm beach rocks on my skin. I am always keen to meet new people and explore activities and places that I haven't experienced before. I try to be kind and gentle towards myself and trust in my intuition. I respect and love the environment and all that nature offers, I feel an intense need to interact with the world as often as possible; being outdoors and honouring the moment.
My goal in life is to recognize YOU for your gifts and all of the beautiful ways you offer your heart, spirit, and wisdom to the world to make it a better place.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now I can't accommodate having people stay with me... but I can show you around my beautiful city! We will celebrate your AWESOMENESS, exchange jokes, stand barefoot at the edge of the ocean(maybe even swim) and dance in the streets.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couch surfing is the greatest! I am in love with the level of fun-ness and absolute awesomeness of the people I have been fortunate enough to have met through this site. It is such an opportunity to extend community beyond the boundaries of the place you call home; and how wonderful it is to fall in love all over again, with the beauty of where you live by sharing it with others! I am new to it but my first experiences and friendships will last forever!

兴趣

Movement is so important for the body and spirit! There are so many fun activities that keep that important kid energy flowing; to name a few, I am into bike riding, dancing, hiking, strolling through MARKETS, tree climbing, slack lining, mud walking, digging in gardens, creating/crafting, rolling down grassy hills, tag games, berry picking, hanging out with animals, festival going, swimming, getting lost (more fun with friends) and other spontaneous adventures! I also have to mention that silence and down time are equally important- reflecting, recharging, remembering to breathe deeply. Heading to the park with a book and some drawing supplies... so wonderful!
I love beverages whether it is a cold glass of water, tea, coffee, a great local beer, or an inexpensive bottle of wine on the beach with good folks and a beach fire. Finding hidden community cafes and pubs with their own personality is a favorite mission of mine, not to mention you are bound to meet some rad folks when you get there.
In life I crave color, community, reciprocation, music, richness (not the money kind), creativity, and spontinuity. I hope I can always remain open to people and experiences and be taken with the flow of my beautiful, hilarious, delightful existence.
I am hugely grateful for the people in my life, old friends new ones and those who I am yet to meet! You are my inspiration, teachers and partners in living in a way that makes my heart swell and my toes tap!

I am always ready to break up the day with a random dance party...music or no music I will be dancing! I do love folk, Bluegrass, Electronic, Ska, Polka....well anything that makes my toes tap. Live music is the greatest and there is so much great local talent on the coast here!
Summer + music festivals = the best case scenario.

Favorite books:
-The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster...hilarious great puns.
-Astonishing the Gods by Ben Okri...beautiful, thoughful, great imagery.
-All books by Paulo Coelho, he has an amazing talent to put you in the shoes of another person and show you their experiences with such amazing feeling.
-The Curious Incident of the Dog in teh Night-Time by Mark Haddon...great insight into the world of an autistic boy.
-The Unbearable Lightness of Being by Milan Kundera...good look into the thoughs of multiple characters.

I love litening to new music and finding new books that just fit

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

There are so many beautiful experiences that seem to take be beyond my body into a pure presence in an incredible moment of bliss. It is hard to compile a list that would recognize those feelings or experiences…but I will say that a vast majority of them take place out in nature. Thunder and lightning storms are on the top of my list, I am always in awe of the purple sky, streaks of white light and the drumming thunder that seems to shake my insides. I once had the chance to dance bare foot in the midnight; downpour filled shimmering streets of Versailles, France looking upon the Chateau of Versailles while lightning streamed across the sky in all directions…that was invigorating!
Another one of my favorite experiences is swimming in the ocean at night when there is bioluminescence in the water! This summer while camping on the gulf islands I came to find the most intense bright bioluminescence I have ever seen…I could not keep myself out of the water even with the chill, swimming that night was unbelievable any movement made the water around you light up like a firework, I couldn’t help but feel gifted by the moon and the stars.
At any time I can experience moments that take me to a place of deep gratitude and feelings of intense love for life, anyone can you just need to be open to them and allow them to take the wheel :)
Positive people interaction has a similar effect on me, whether it is experience at festivals, my job, volunteering, friendships, or people watching. I can’t help but smile when I see kindness and compassion in action!
