ABOUT ME

My name is Mathias and I live in a little town called Nors (close to Thisted) in the northwestern part of Jutland in Denmark. I'm a happy guy and I like to meet new people and help them when they are in need. I have a business education and started working as a salesassistant in a photostore, but it soon got boring. So I just quit my job recently and decided to travel with a friend in 2 months this summer. After the trip I will start on a nursingschool and hopefully I will become a nurse in 3½ years.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Right now i'm just figuring everything out in here. I'm pretty new to the CS community and am trying to build up my account info. Since i noticed the CS project I have told my friends about it and some of them sounds pretty interrested, so I hope I can bring some of them here and expand the community. In the future I hope to participate more in the project, find some CS meetings where I can learn more about the CS spirit and some of the people behind it. I'm looking forward to become a host myself and to meet a lot of people when im surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm totally new to the CS project. I'm going on a 2 month interrail trip with a friend and we're hoping to get some positive experiences with couchsurfing.

Interests

I have a lot of interrests, the best is to be with my friends and do all kind of wierd stuff. I also like to read, listen to music, watch movies/tv-shows and take a couple of photos now and then.

I'm also interrested in culture and history.

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally I like almost every kind of entertainment. I read a lot of books, listen to music all the time and have a huge movie collection. I like almost every type of movies, music and books if just the people behind it have worked hard for it and they are good at showing it :D

I like all types of movies, but the moviegenres I like best is thrillers, action, comedy and drama.

I love almost every type of music, just turn on the radio and it's 99% sure I like whats being played :) The genres I like best is rock, heavy rock/metal, punk, some pop and electronica, I don't really like the most trance, techno and dance music, but sometimes theres something good among. Lately I've also become a little bored of hip-hop/rap, because thats almost the only thing being played in the radio and tv over the past two years.

The books i read is mostly crime novels, but sometimes short stories and biographies catch my interrest.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At the moment I can't remember what the most amazing thing I've ever done or seen is, but it will without doubt be my eurotrip this summer.
