I'm so "open-minded" that I can afford thinking by my own head. That's why I realize that there are much more important problems in the world than ecology, rights of animals and unhealthy life style. And the main one is lack of freedom which becomes more and more crucial in the XXI century. And lack of seriousness too. People feel like they have nowhere to go so they try to joke on everything. The XX century was serious, people were thinking that they were working for the better future, but no-one is serious nowadays except Greta Thunberg. :) That's why Greta is my hero (but even she speaks about wrong things). :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet local people when travelling because it gives me opportunity to see the other, not touristic, side of their city or country. It's interesting to see how people live in their "native ambient". And I also like to host people as a part of this "cultural exchange".

Interests

Well... I like to learn foreign languages, I like football (to watch), tennis and bridge (to play), I like Russian classical literature and especially poetry. I like all means of transport and I'm interested in big cities' transportation systems.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: classical (especially J.S.Bach, Beethoven and Chopin), instrumental, some rock, some pop, a little bit of everything.

Books: I'm a big fan of V.S.Solovyov and F.M.Dostoyevskiy.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm interested in language exchange, I can teach you Russian (honestly I'm better in Russian than 95% of Russians) and I'd like to improve my French, Italian, Norwegian and Spanish. I can also teach you to play bridge (only basics because it takes years to reach good level of play) and I'll be glad if you teach me to play piano or guitar. At the moment I live in the area where the action of F.Dostoyevskiy's "Crime And Punishment" took place so I can show you all places related to the action of the novel. :)
