I have completed a degree in Documentary Photography and for the last year and a half since then I have been exploring work as a vegetarian chef, perhaps in the future to combine the two in some meaningful way. One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Beginning of this autumn 2014 I put on a pop up restaurant/theatre evening in a magical greenhouse in the middle of Pembrokshire in West Wales with two friends. It was seven courses inspired by the landscape with a lot of the ingredients gathered by foraging (which I learnt to do for the event) gathering the seaweed, wading out into the sea on this wild little beach with the sun setting was magical and then coming back and serving it in a way people haven't had before was inspiring. (My profile picture is me introducing the meal)
