I am an aspiring anthropologist from Kansas. I started my studies working in a research lab studying impulsivity and delay discounting in rats for hopes of better understanding of impulsivity in humans. Now I'm starting to branch out with my studies more focused on addiction in society.

I have enough country in me to love hunting and fishing but still am more of a city guy. Traveling to Europe for about a year to further my studies and meet new friends along the way.

Regularly attending concerts and festivals I'm up to 30 plus bands seen live including: the Rolling Stones, Ben Howard, Ed Sheeran, Stix, Foreigner (the list goes on)... I also love to go exploring I'm rarely known to say no to a good adventure. Same goes for experiencing new things: I'll probably try everything once.

I do love to drink socially but can still have a good time without it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To see the most I can of Europe before I start classes in the Netherlands. Being a student I don't have much money for hostels. Besides, I'd much rather make a new friend than have a bunch of random roomates.

I'm here to learn new ways of seeing the world. It's an odd skill to master but the applications of it are endless. I can teach you how to polish a boot and how to fish for catfish.
