I've lived in Nashville since 1995 so know a lot about the city. I'm a former music business exec having worked for 2 record labels and 2 music web sites all in the Nashville area. I sing. write, and produce some dance music on the side and also wrote a book on career advice and job search best practices. Love to travel and have visited about 10 countries, so I enjoy talking travel (and electronic music.) Renovating my house has been a very rewarding experience encompassing nearly every room plus some landscaping and adding a garage and solar panel system.

No American surfers unless you are traveling with a cell phone with voicemail and are a responsive person.

I have a guest room (Queen sz bed) & guest bathroom (also room for 2 more to sleep if needed, 1 on click-clack & 1 on L-shaped couch). I have pillows, towels, & sheets/blankets for all spots. I am about 2 miles from downtown Nashville, in east Nashville. You can walk up 10 min. to Shelby Ave. & take the bus into downtown. Parking available in my driveway or on street.

A convenience store/gas station, grocery store, and bus stop are within walking distance. Wal-Mart is about 5-7 miles away.

Feel free to use the kitchen while you are here, but you will need to buy your own food & clean up after yourself. Have washer/detergent/dryer that can be used for 1 load.

I love meeting new people from other countries. Prefer nonsmokers; people 35 and under. Espec. love European visitors. Clean nice 3 BR 2 BA house.

Please, at least 7-10 days notice from date you need accommodation if at all possible. I work from home, so we'll work out check in and out times. Thank you
