About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm travelling the States for 3 months on a journey of healing and expansion, visiting various powerspots. So far have been in Mount Shasta, CA, for almost 2 months and am next moving onto Ojai.

ABOUT ME

I live and work in London as a Reconective Healing Practitioner, as well as working part time in a Health Food Store. I have lived in London most of my life, with the exception of 3 years in Hong Kong, between 2003 and 2005.
I am dedicated to my own spiritual evolution and expansion and am passionate about helping others do the same. I also like to use music as a means to achieve this.
I am an avid singer-songwriter. And I love to travel, meet new people and experience the limitless potential within oneself that travel can help access . I have travelled extensively since my late teens, to many countries in Asia, Europe, and North and South America.

PHILOSOPHY

“And in the end, the love you make is equal to the love you take”
― The Beatles (Paul McCartney)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Though I initiated my profile in 2011 (with view to doing some couch surfing on my trip to the States then), this will be the first time I would have used the website to seek a host for my upcoming trip to L.A. and Ojai! I intend to be more active in the Couchsurfing community in the future and "pass it on" by offering to be a host myself when I am back in London.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far none, but keen to be more active in the community!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would consider coming to Mount Shasta as an amazing thing I have done, which is where I am as I write this! (October 2015). I have learnt the value of being guided by my heart and the being in a state of Trust and flow. It has been an extraordinary and healing experience beyond anything I would have ever imagined. The mountain and the community have welcomed me with open arms. There have been so many amazing synchronicities on the trip that I take to be a big nod from the Universe that I am on the right track.

Teach, Learn, Share

Be yourself! That's all it takes, the rest will follow!
