Overview
About Me
About me is the hardest section to write. I feel like I am often a moderation of multiple conflicting personalities: Lazy and ambitious, outgoing and shy, social but solitary. I change according to people I am with and the situation I am in. I do make it a point to appear positive and accepting, trying my best to accommodate everyone as they are.
As far as objective information goes, I am an undergraduate student studying political science and economics at McGill university. I am from South Korea but I have lived little over half (latter half) of my life in Saskatoon, Canada. I am also a (flexible) vegetarian.
I enjoy hands on activities related to arts and music. I'm not too sporty but I do enjoy the outdoors and I would love to do more outdoor stuff. I love watching performances (music, theatre, museums) or movies/tv shows with great story line and amazing character development. I am always open to try something new (within limits :P) and learn about anything and everything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The times I have couchsurfed were really nice. I feel that it is a more enjoyable to travel when there is a chance to make new conncections however brief they may be.
It is also much nicer to travel without worrying about lodging costs when you have a limited budget. So it is like hitting two birds with one stone.
Couchsurfed in Toronto and in Paris.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Underwater Hockey! Got to play for about a year before my life got too hectic. Incredibly fun and very interesting. Crazy sport haha.
Backpacking around Europe was one of the most humbling experiences so far.
Teach, Learn, Share
Language exchange. I am fluent in English and Korean. I am learning french but would be down to learn any other languages.
Cultural exchange. Would love to experience food, music, pop culture, lifestyle, and stories of different culture.
Social exchange. Just hanging out. Playing games, talking, going for a stroll, eating out, experiencing nightlife, etc. Just getting to know each other.
Technical exchange. If you are a professional or have talent in particular area, always open to sharing skillsets and expertise (cooking, musical instruments, computer skills, knowledge, etc.)
