Hello, I am female traveling to India for the summer I am a curious person, i am studying Portland, Oregon, I am interested in helping and learning. I like to read, in part because it shows how many-sided life can be. I believe the more I read and encounter new ideas, the more receptive I become. Besides reading, I’ve looked for other ways to open my awareness, such as studying other cultures. Meeting students who are immigrants, and talking with them, has led me to become more broad-minded. I am continually impressed by the multitude of human customs, beliefs, and traditions. These rich interactions have helped me recognize that I would like travel and learn more. I will begin attending classes at Portland State University this fall as a junior, majoring in German with a minor in linguistics.
