Hi I'm Kyla! I grew up in Indonesia, lived in Maryland for quite a while, and currently I'm living in Rotterdam for my bachelors degree.

During my stay in the US, and in Europe, I have met people from many places and I love listening to their stories and learning about their cultures. So now that I'm finally living by myself, I'm excited to join the couchsurfing community, get to know more people, and listen to more stories :)

Oh and I LOVE FOOD, which is why I like going to places, so if you have suggestions of what to try or maybe be willing to teach me how to cook a dish or two, I would really love that!

TV shows that I love/watched/follow:
F.R.I.E.N.D.S AND Seinfeld, Suits, Sherlock, HIMYM, Full House, Gossip Girl, Castle, New Girl, Brooklyn nine nine, all versions of NCIS, Law and Order, Scorpion, The Big Bang Theory, Game of Thrones, aaand I think I'm missing a lot more.

Movies:
I'd watch anything really, I don't think I can pick one as a favorite. I did watch The Shawshank Redemption, Les Mis, the Harry Potter and Xmen movies repeatedly tho, so maybe those are my favorites? oh, and I love anything with Hugh Jackman in it.

and I have to admit, I watch a lot of romcoms.

Books:
I like books by Paulo Coelho, JK Rowling, Murakami, John Green, and also the Hunger Games Trilogy.

I might be biased, but I still think Indonesian Cuisine is the best, so I might cook you something? It's not the best representation, but people who ate my food are currently still alive.
