ABOUT ME
We're three twenty-something-year-olds who love Bristol and are happy to open the city up to people. Kyla and Bharat are a couple. We all love food, drink, chatting, volunteering, listening to music, watching films, and going exploring!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Kyla has couchsurfed round France and California and she and Bharat couchsurfed in Bordeaux and Salamanca last summer - it was Bharat's first time and he loved it! Dani's never couchsurfed before but all three of us are excited to open up our house to guests!
Interests
To travel and meet new people, going for walks in the woods, long summer evenings spent chatting with friends in a pub garden, reading fiction, people watching, listening to live music-preferably outside in the sun, going on adventures, drinking coffee, watching films, good food (especially when cooked by couch surfers!)

Music, Movies, and Books
Kyla: Films which are beautiful, which challenge me or make me cry with laughter; books I can't put down; music that makes me want to dance
Dani: Volver, Happy-Go-Lucky, Rachel Getting Married, Black Swan, Mamma Mia, West Side Story, Where the Wild Things Are, Mrs Dalloway, Life of Pi, Atonement
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Kyla spent some days staying and helping out at a small workers cooperative coffee plantation in the middle of the forest in Guatemala- seeing how everybody worked together, their ways of harvesting and processing everything- everybody helping and without the use of any machines. Waking up every morning to see the sun rising, over the volcano that we could see rising above the trees. the complete tranquility of being miles and miles away from anywhere at all- and no contact with anybody except for the people there with you. instead of feeling restricted or isolated- it felt completely liberating.
